Terms & Conditions

By proceeding with an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Defects and Tolerances:

    • A tolerance of up to 5% in defects is considered acceptable across the total quantity ordered. This includes minor variations in print quality, color consistency, and material finish. Defective items within this threshold are not eligible for reprinting or refunds. To account for potential damages, we typically print an extra quantity of ~5% to offset any defects.

  2. Minimum Font Size:

    • For optimal clarity and sharpness, all text must be in a font size of at least 5 points at actual size. We cannot be held responsible for legibility issues arising from smaller text sizes.

  3. Artwork Submission Requirements:

    • All artwork must be provided in a print-ready format, which includes:

      • Files in CMYK colour mode.

      • Inclusion of bleed and trim marks.

      • Clearly specified instructions at the time of order.

      • Clear packaging requirements at the time of order.

    • We will not be liable for any misinterpretation resulting from unclear or ambiguous customer instructions.

    • Additionally, print-ready artwork must comply with all legal and copyright requirements. The customer assumes full responsibility for any legal issues arising from the content provided.

    • The preferred file type is PDF. However, .AI files are acceptable for products requiring cutting lines, such as stickers or other custom-shaped products.

    • If files are provided in formats other than PDF or .AI, we will not be held responsible for any formatting changes that may occur when opening them in our software. This includes, but is not limited to, font substitutions due to missing fonts in .AI files.

    • For files larger than 30MB, please share them with us via WeTransfer in a compressed .zip file. Ensure all items within the file are clearly labelled for easy identification.

  4. Colour Variance:

    • A colour discrepancy of up to 10% between the intended and printed colours (CMYK) is deemed acceptable. Absolute colour matching is not guaranteed. For higher colour accuracy, please indicate at the time of order about any specific colour requirements.

  5. Lamination and Finishing:

    • While we strive for perfection, minor imperfections such as dirty marks (up to 1mm in diameter, capped at one per piece) and bubbling (up to 1mm in diameter, uncapped) in lamination are unavoidable and considered acceptable.

  6. Trimming Accuracy:

    • Trimming registration may vary slightly. Variations of less than 1mm for offset printing and less than 2mm for digital printing are within acceptable limits.

    • Artwork with Borders: Please note that artwork containing borders may result in uneven trimming. While we strive for precision, slight variations in the trimming/printing process can cause borders to appear uneven. We recommend avoiding the use of borders in your design to minimise this risk.

    • Custom Shapes:

      • Round Corners: Corners may appear uneven due to the die cut methodology. If a higher precision is required, please opt for a custom die cut mould instead.

      • Die Cut Moulds: For orders with a custom die cut shape, we will reserve the right to dispose of the moulds if unused after 1 year from its last usage. Die Cut moulds are recommended for MOQ of 1000-10,000 pcs depending on the size & the shape of the final print.

  7. Quality Issues:

    • In the event of printing defects affecting more than 10% of the total quantity, customers must provide clear photographic evidence. We reserve the right to request the return of defective items before reprinting. Reprinting will follow the original lead time from the date of acknowledgment.

  8. Scoring & Perforation Accuracy:

    • For both scoring and perforation, slight angular deviations may occur. While the scoreline or perforation itself is not entirely displaced, the angle may result in a difference of up to 0.5mm at either end for A3, 0.3mm for A4, and 0.15mm for A5 from the intended fold or spine.

  9. Customer Responsibility:

    • We are not liable for any errors in spelling, design, or image quality if the artwork has been approved or provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all elements, including text size, image resolution, and design specifications, meet their expectations before submission.

  10. Specification Errors:

    • We are not responsible for errors arising from incorrect specifications provided by the customer.

  11. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

    • No refunds will be provided for jobs that have already been processed. For orders yet to be processed, a 90% refund is available subject to our acceptance and approval. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

  12. Order Acceptance:

    • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. In the event of refusal, any payment made will be refunded in full.

  13. Proofing:

    • A digital proof will be provided upon request. The customer is responsible for thoroughly reviewing the proof. Once approved, no changes can be made, and we are not liable for any errors missed during the proofing process.

  14. Turnaround Time:

    • Turnaround/lead times are estimates and not guaranteed. While we strive to have the prints delivered to you as soon as possible, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from delayed delivery.

  15. Pricing:

    • Prices are subject to change without notice. The final price will be confirmed at the time of order placement.

  16. Payment Terms:

    • Full payment is required upfront for all orders. Orders will not be processed until payment is received. Payment constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.

  17. Delivery Charges:

    • A surcharge of $30 applies to deliveries to specific locations, including Sentosa, Jurong Island, and other outlying islands. This surcharge is in addition to the initially quoted delivery price.

  18. Third-Party Logistics (3PL):

    • Deliveries are outsourced to third-party logistics providers. Unless a specific provider is requested and confirmed by our representative, we reserve the right to choose the logistics partner.

  19. Courier Damage:

    • Any damage caused during transit must be reported to us promptly. We will liaise with the courier company for resolution, but we do not assume liability for such damages.

  20. Shortage Policy:

    • In the event of shortages, the following policies apply:

      • 25-100 units: Shortages of up to 5% are non-compensable. Shortages between 6% and 20% will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. Shortages over 21% will result in replacement.

      • 101-1000 units: Shortages of up to 5% are non-compensable. Shortages between 6% and 7% will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. Shortages over 8% will result in replacement.

      • 1001-5000 units: Shortages of up to 3% are non-compensable. Shortages between 4% and 7% will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. Shortages over 8% will result in replacement.

      • 5001 units and above: Shortages of up to 2% are non-compensable. Shortages between 3% and 4% will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. Shortages over 5% will result in replacement.

  21. Storage Policy:

    • Orders designated for self-collection must be collected within 30 days. We reserve the right to dispose of any uncollected items after this period.

  22. Offset Colour Proofing:

    • For large volume offset printing, colour proofs will be digitally printed due to economic considerations. Absolute colour accuracy between proof and final print is not guaranteed.

  23. Machine-Readable Codes:

    • Customers are responsible for ensuring the readability of any machine-readable codes, such as barcodes or QR codes, based on the final print size. We do not assume liability for unreadable codes post-printing.

    • For QR codes, we recommend a minimum size of 20-25mm to ensure optimal readability. If QR codes are printed smaller than the recommended size, it is the client's responsibility to verify their readability. Our recommendations are based on the performance of mainstream devices, and we cannot guarantee readability on older or lower-performance devices.

  24. Third-Party Content:

    • The customer confirms that any content (images, text, logos, etc.) provided does not infringe on third-party rights. The customer assumes full responsibility for any legal claims arising from content they provide.

  25. Liability Limitation:

    • Our liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount paid for the goods and services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

  26. Indemnity:

    • The customer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of our services or any breach of these terms and conditions.

  27. Governing Law:

    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business operates. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

  28. Data and Privacy:

    • By placing an order, customers consent to the use of their details for accounting and marketing purposes. Customer data will be retained even after the end of the trading relationship, and may be used to inform customers about similar goods or services.
